Below is a list of public deliverables for the CloudOpting project. Where a deliverable has been completed and approved by the EC, it can be downloaded by clicking on the deliverable.
Workpackages 2 – Open Cloud Shared Platform Architecture
D2.1 – Platform Technical Requirements : Analysis of stakeholders requirements and derivation of functional and non‑functional technical requirements of the CloudOpting platform.
D2.2 – Architecture of the CloudOpting Platform : Description of the architecture of the CloudOpting platform with emphasis on its openness and extensibility characteristics.
D2.3 – Integrated CloudOpting Platform :Prototype implementation of the integrated CloudOpting platform. The platform will be delivered in two iterations.
D2.4 – Background platforms adaptation and interfaces :Prototype implementation of the background platforms adaptation and corresponding interfaces to the CloudOpting platform.
Workpackages 3 – Deployment and shifting existing and new innovative cloud services
D3.1 – Technical and legal requirements reports . The result of the technical and legal analysis work in the requirements definition.
D3.2 – Mobility services, Environmental & social Services, Open Data Services and Internet of Things Services deployment implementation methodology. The actual implementation methodology for the services, as a result of the work being performed in previous tasks.
Workpackages 4 – City Pilots Deployment and Validation
D4.1 Specification of pilot scenarios and evaluation criteria. This deliverable will gather the specification of the pilot scenarios (all of them) as well as the evaluation criteria and assessment techniques that will be used in the evaluation report.
D4.2 Pilots deployment report. This report will summarise the process of deploying the pilots in Barcelona, Corby, Piedmont and Molise; and their operation for 12 months.
D4.3 Evaluation report and replication plan . This deliverable will provide an evaluation of the deployments. The deliverable might also include an amendment of the evaluation criteria . Furthermore, this deliverable will describe the replication plan that will be needed in order to reproduce this results in other locations.
Workpackages 5 – Business Models and sustainability of the solution
D5.1. Operation business model and TCO Framework. The operation business model will describe how the cloud services create, deliver, and capture value for the Administrations. The deliverable will collect core aspects of the business model, including purpose, offerings, strategies, infrastructure, organizational structures, and operational processes and policies regarding the different platforms and services. The model will define the relationship strategy.
D5.2. Opportunity Assessment Business Case to migrate to Cloud Platforms. The opportunity assessment consist of two documents focalized on provide a clear vision of the advantages of migrating on premise services to the cloud platforms.
D5.3. Local Action Models . The Local Action Plan Delivery will be composed by the detailed definition of the steps described in the Task 5.4 of this Work Package (Local action plan / Models), together with the forms and documents included in each step.
Workpackages 6 – Dissemination
D6.1. Dissemination Plan . The dissemination plan will contain the following sections which will provide answer to our communication and dissemination strategy.
D6.2. Website and Social Networking exposure. The website will be used as a prime public dissemination tool, making available the content derived from the project output such as presentations, publications and demonstrations. The website will provide updates news on the progress of work packages. Also will include social network participative tools.
D6.3.1 Dissemination activities annual report (Year 1). There will be a follow-up report of the activities of the project every year.
D6.3.2 Dissemination activities annual report (Year 2). There will be a follow-up report of the activities of the project every year.
